Product Development Process
The TAJCO Product Development Process (TPDP) is compliant with the VDA 6.3 process audit. All designs are verified prior to industrialisation via FEM analysis, Tolerance Stack Analysis (TSA)and design reviews based on lessons learned and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

As an integrated part of the quotation process, TAJCO always provides an extensive feasibility review, including recommendations on how to reduce weight and optimise process design for lower cost. This will often be feasible without changing the visual aspect of the part. We have extensive experience in 3D forming (free form shapes), construction of assembly fixtures and a deep understanding of different mounting concepts, all of which are central for fascia/bumper integration. Customers can immediately verify the updated data in their own environment with the 3D models we provide.
Tool design is an in-house discipline at TAJCO because we believe it is essential in order to secure a smooth and professional product launch.
