Meet Harry

Harry is Director, Sales & Program Management Europe

Tell us about your role at TAJCO?

As the Director of Sales & Program Management for Europe, I am responsible together with the Sales team for meeting our annual sales targets. I make sure that our customers are satisfied with our services, and I develop and implement the sales and marketing strategies to promote our products in the European market.

We are located in Stuttgart, the car capital of Europe where the automobile was born in 1886, and where Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and other automotive companies have their HQs. This is a great advantage in order for us to strengthen our relationship with our existing customers, but also to grow with new, potential customers.

How do you see yourself making a difference at TAJCO? Any specific situations where you made a difference?

I have the pleasure of working with a strong and capable Sales team in both Europe and worldwide. I don’t see it as being down to the achievement of one man when we make great results at TAJCO.

Due to my 20 years of experience with the automotive industry in German, French, Indian and US companies, I actively support the global TAJCO organization to the best of my abilities.

How do you experience TAJCO's values and culture on a day to day basis?

TAJCO is a family owned company influenced by Scandinavian culture and values. We have experienced rapid growth in last years through more programmes, more customers and more colleagues worldwide. The foundation for the success is a global organization, which follows the same values. In the Sales team, we are extremely passionate about winning new programmes and new customers and thereby add value to cars.

How would you describe TAJCO as a company?

TAJCO is a great place to work. We have colleagues here from all over the world, giving us a global perspective. We have colleagues with professional backgrounds from various other industries, and colleagues with experience levels ranging from fresh graduates to highly seasoned veterans. Additionally, the team I work with is really great. We all get along and can easily joke with one another. It keeps work fun.
