TAJCO Board Meeting

Last month, we welcomed the visit from our Board of Directors, together with our Group Management Team, at the TAJCO Ningbo plant.

The visit went beyond operations enhancement—it was a reaffirmation of TAJCO’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

From engaging with colleagues on the shop floor to reviewing key production lines and training programmes, the Board highlighted the strategic points of building a future-ready organisation.

Despite the tight agenda, our owner representative and board member, Frank Lorenz, paid a visit to the local government, engaging in meaningful conversations on topics of shared interest, to further strengthen our relationship with them.

The directors and management team were pleased with the energy, optimism and commitment of the colleagues in the Ningbo plant. Their encouragement left every TAJCO colleague inspired and motivated as always.
