Mexico, 2nd June 2026, TAJCO officially inaugurated its production facility in Querétaro, Mexico, further strengthening its global presence and long-term commitment to the North American market. The event was supported by Christian Lorenz and Anne Lorenz, TAJCO Co-owner Representatives; Federico Guillermo De Los Cobos y Vega, Chief of Staff of the Municipality of Querétaro; and Niels Ole Jeppesen, Site Director. The new Queretaro Plant is located in the FINSA Industrial Park and covers an area of 11,000 square metres. TAJCO Queretaro Plant has accordingly successfully started to supply premium exhaust trims to North American tier 1 OEMs.
“We are confident in our strategy to be the last company standing in the exhaust trim industry, serving premium customers locally in North America,” said Anne and Christian Lorenz, TAJCO co-owners.

The inauguration was honoured by Federico Guillermo De Los Cobos y Vega, the Chief of Staff of the Municipality of Querétaro, who recognised TAJCO’s contribution to the region, particularly in job creation for local communities. Currently, the TAJCO Queretaro Plant employs approximately 170 people across various positions. This is expected to grow to 500 employees by mid-2027, given TAJCO's successful growth in the region, underscored by having received significant project orders from North American customers.

This achievement marks a significant step in strengthening TAJCO’s global production network and reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality solutions across key automotive markets. The project reflects close collaboration with local partners and a strong, dedicated team that has helped establish significant production capacity at the new site.
The inauguration of TAJCO Queretaro Plant is not just an opening of a facility, but a step forward in TAJCO’s journey as a global partner to the automotive industry.
